Who you're dealing with

FitnessByMaddy is an online fitness-coaching service operated by Mandeep Jakhar (Sole Proprietor), registered under Udyam MSME UDYAM-HR-07-0038343, Haryana, India. What we provide

Personalised fitness coaching delivered digitally — a free 9-axis Body-ID diagnostic, self-paced training plans, customised programmes hand-built by a NASM-certified coach, and live 1-on-1 coaching. Plans are guidance built around the information you give us; results depend on your own effort and consistency.

FitnessByMaddy provides fitness coaching, not medical advice. We are not doctors and nothing here is a diagnosis, treatment or prescription. Consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have any medical condition. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for training within your limits.

Payments & pricing

• Prices are shown on the site in Indian Rupees (INR) and, where offered, US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, if any, are included or shown at checkout.
• Payments — both domestic and international — are processed securely by our third-party payment partner. We never see or store your full card details.
• Payment is due in full (or as per any instalment option shown) before your plan is built and delivered.

Delivery

All products are digital. After a successful payment, your plan and a sample week are delivered by email (and WhatsApp where applicable), typically within 12 hours. Live coaching sessions are scheduled with you directly after purchase. There is no physical shipment.

Refunds & cancellation

Your plan is yours — for you

Programmes, plans and materials we deliver are licensed to you for your personal use. Please don't resell, redistribute or publish them. All FitnessByMaddy content, branding and materials remain our intellectual property.

Acceptable use

Give accurate information in your Body-ID and intake so your coach can build the right plan. Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may decline or end service where these terms are breached.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a programme is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes that depend on your own adherence and circumstances.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Haryana have jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
