Knee or lower-back pain? A health condition or a different starting point? You can ask about coaching. Suitability is reviewed first, and medical or specialist support may be needed.
New, worsening or unexplained pain, a recent injury or surgery, falls or dizziness need appropriate clinical assessment. A long-term condition, disability, pregnancy or postpartum recovery may call for a clinician or relevant specialist to guide what is suitable. Severe or concerning symptoms need prompt medical help rather than waiting for a coaching call. This programme is fitness coaching, not diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation.

Personal coaching, explained
Your available time, starting point, goals and food preferences shape the decisions. Explore how Maddy turns that understanding into personal coaching.
Maddy weighs your available time alongside your goals, present capacity and recovery. Together, you agree a routine that works in your actual life.
Your availability is part of the plan from the beginning.
Your experience, movement skills and health context inform a suitable starting level. Where clinical guidance is needed, that comes first.
Your present capacity guides where the work begins.
Maddy turns your priorities into a clear direction, then considers what is realistic within your starting point and routine. You agree what progress means for you.
Your goal determines what is worth tracking.
Your preferences, dietary needs, access to food and daily routine all inform your food plan.
Food guidance should be practical in the life you live.
Your check-ins and form videos help Maddy compare the plan with your experience. That feedback guides what to keep, explain or change as your coaching continues.
You stay part of the decision as your plan evolves.
Your check-ins keep the conversation going. Your plan is reviewed as your needs and routine change.
