Privacy Policy
Your numbers, your name, your story — they stay between you and Maddy. We don't trade your body for marketing, and we never sell your data.
1 · Who we are
FitnessByMaddy ("we", "us") is an online fitness-coaching service operated by Mandeep "Maddy" Jakhar. For any privacy question, email support@fitnessbymaddy.com or message +91 70824 78374.
2 · What we collect
- You give us: first name, email, WhatsApp number, and the answers to your Body-ID assessment (lifestyle inputs such as training history, sleep, activity, goals — used only to build your plan).
- Automatically: basic, privacy-first analytics (page views, device type) — no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.
- We do NOT collect: card or banking details. Payments are handled entirely by our checkout provider (below); we never see or store your card data.
3 · How we use it
- To compute your Body-ID and build a plan personally designed around it.
- To contact you about your plan and check-ins via email and WhatsApp.
- To improve the engine and our coaching — using aggregated, de-identified patterns only.
We process your data on the basis of your consent and to deliver the service you asked for. We do not use it for automated decisions that have a legal effect on you.
4 · Your Body-ID stays on your device
Your Body-ID and answers are stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) so your result loads instantly. You can clear it any time from your browser settings, and it never leaves your device unless you choose to send it to Maddy.
5 · Who we share with
Only the trusted providers needed to run the service — never advertisers, never data brokers:
- Exly — secure checkout and payments.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Supabase — encrypted data storage.
- WhatsApp / Meta — if you choose to message us.
- Plausible — privacy-first, cookie-light analytics.
We never sell or rent your personal data.
6 · How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you're an active client and for a reasonable period afterwards for records and support. Ask us to delete it any time and we will, except where we're legally required to retain it.
7 · Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you. Just email support@fitnessbymaddy.com — we respond personally.
8 · Children
Kids' coaching is parent-supervised and signed up by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children without parental consent.
9 · Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
