What is confirmed
My Body Plan for adults is ₹2,499 or US$30 per month. A 30-minute voice or video consultation is ₹1,199 or US$15. The separate kids live coaching package is ₹24,000 or US$300 for 12 sessions and begins with a parent consultation. The consultation fee is separate; no package fee credit is promised. Sending a request is free and does not charge you, begin coaching or reserve an appointment.
What you must see before paying
- The legal merchant identity and support contact.
- The full amount payable, including the applicable tax treatment.
- When coaching starts, how monthly renewal works and how it can be stopped.
- Cancellation and refund eligibility, the request process and refund timing.
- Consultation rescheduling, cancellation and missed-call terms.
- For kids live coaching: agreed session duration and schedule, package validity, rescheduling and missed-session rules, and what happens if a connection fails or a session needs to stop.
- Whether any consultation fee is credited to a later package. No credit is included unless explicitly confirmed before payment.
- What happens if FitnessByMaddy cannot deliver the agreed service.
Payment confirmation
A submitted enquiry or payment link is not proof of payment, a reserved appointment or a coaching start date. These require separate confirmation. If a bank payment appears uncertain, contact support with the enquiry reference and transaction reference before trying again.
Purchases made before this website update
The terms agreed when you bought an earlier programme continue to apply to that purchase. Contact Maddy with your purchase reference for help with a refund, cancellation or an unused session. This page does not retrospectively remove an existing entitlement or replace statutory consumer rights.
