How many sessions with Maddy?

Volume unlocks discount. Most clients begin at 12 (trial commitment), continue at 20 (sweet spot). 36 = deep transformation arc.

Kids (8–17) priced at solo rates because Maddy delivers personally — no junior coaches, parent supervision throughout, sport-specific protocols, quarterly parent conferences. No discount for cutting corners we won't cut.

Maddy on every session. No junior coaches. No "team" coverage. The whole point of live is Maddy's eyes on your form. He keeps the roster small for that reason. If a slot is full, you're on the waitlist — not pawned off.

Maddy programmes for the cohort, then teaches live 3×/week. Groups stay small (15-20). Members are matched by compatible Body-ID — so the warm-up that fits one fits everyone.

Do I need a gym to do this?

Not necessarily. Maddy programmes around your equipment — full home gym, basic dumbbells, or even bodyweight. Live sessions adapt; the form coaching value is the same.

What's the difference vs Customised?

Customised = self-paced, weekly delivery, Maddy reviews your form via clip. Live = Maddy on Zoom in real time, watching you lift, coaching every rep. Live is the closest thing to having Maddy in your gym.

How does scheduling work?

You and Maddy lock a recurring weekly slot at sign-up. Reschedule any session up to 12 hours before. No-shows count as session used (you get the recap + plan, just not live).

1-on-1 vs group — which is right?

1-on-1 = full Maddy attention, fastest progress, premium price. Group = cell-matched cohort, 3×/week vs 1×/week, fraction of the cost, slower individual feedback. Both are real coaching.

Couple session — how does it work?

One Zoom call, two participants. Maddy programmes for both Body-IDs and cycles attention. Each gets full coaching but session length stays at 60 min. Best for couples who train together.

What about kids?

Ages 8–17. Body-image-safe, movement-first, sport-skill prep. Parent consent + initial parent-call required. Either 1-on-1 or the Kids group cohort. Quarterly parent conferences.
