Every Sunday night, Maddy sends your week's plan via WhatsApp + PDF. You log your sessions back to him. Form videos reviewed within 24 hours. Mid-cycle re-derive triggers automatically — your plan adapts.

Customised vs Live — what's the difference?

Customised (₹2,999 / $40) is a full 6-week programme Maddy hand-builds for you — you run it yourself, check in weekly, send form videos. Live (₹20,000 / $250) is 12 real-time 1-on-1 sessions on Zoom where Maddy watches and corrects every rep. Live includes the full Customised programme.

Can I upgrade from Customised to Live?

Yes. Start with the Customised Programme. If you want Maddy watching live, upgrade any time — we credit what you've already paid toward Live coaching.

What if I have an injury or condition?

Your Body-ID already captured it. Maddy programmes around it — never through it. For clinical conditions (diabetes, PCOS, post-pregnancy), the engine flags a clinical-safe starting framework that Maddy then hand-adapts to you.
