Most programmes get this age wrong.
A growing body is not a small adult body. Loading it like one is how young athletes end up injured — or quit entirely.
Adult plans, shrunk down
Copy-pasted adult splits ignore growth plates, coordination windows, and recovery needs. Volume goes up before skill is even there.
Screen-era posture
Hours of phones and study desks round the upper back and shut down the glutes and core — before the teenage years even begin.
Skill before load
Nitin builds movement quality first — squat, hinge, push, pull, brace, carry — and only then adds progressive load, at the right age and pace.
What happens in a 45-minute session?
Every session follows the same structure — play-first, technique-led, and safe by design.
Movement warm-up & check-in
Joint prep, mobility, and a quick read on sleep, energy and any aches since the last session.
Skill block
One or two movement patterns taught properly — bodyweight first, cues repeated, corrections made live on camera.
Strength & conditioning
Age-appropriate loading and games-based conditioning. Effort stays high, technique never drops.
Cooldown + parent note
Breathing, stretch, and a short written note to the parent — what improved, what to watch, what to practise this week.

Parent questions
The ones we’re asked most.
Is strength training safe for children?
Yes — when it’s supervised and age-appropriate. Major sports-medicine bodies support youth resistance training for bone density, coordination and injury prevention. What isn’t safe is unsupervised max lifting, and that never happens here.
What age is this for?
Ages 8 to 17. Younger children focus on movement skill and play; teenagers progress into structured strength as their technique earns it.
Does my child need equipment?
No. The plan is built around bodyweight and whatever you already have at home. If you own dumbbells or bands, they get used.
Do I need to be present?
For under-12s we ask a parent to be in the room. For teenagers it’s optional — but you get a written update after every week either way.
What if we miss a session because of exams?
Tell Nitin on WhatsApp beforehand and it’s rescheduled. No session is lost, and the plan flexes around the school calendar.
