How does delivery work?

Every Sunday night, Maddy sends your week's plan via WhatsApp + PDF. You log your sessions back to him. Form videos reviewed within 24 hours. Mid-cycle re-derive triggers automatically — your plan adapts.

Solo vs couple — what's different?

Couple = 2 individual Body-IDs, 2 personalised plans, 1 shared schedule (so you can train together when goals overlap). Pricing reflects 2 sets of personal work — not a "discount". You both get full Maddy attention.

Can I switch durations later?

Yes. Start with 4 weeks. If you're flowing, upgrade to 8 or 12 — we credit the unused weeks. Most clients begin at 4 and continue to 8 or 12. Continuation gets a 25% discount.

What if I have an injury or condition?

Your Body-ID already captured it. Maddy programmes around it — never through it. For clinical conditions (diabetes, PCOS, post-pregnancy), the engine routes to specialised templates that Maddy then adapts.

Refund policy?

If after week 1 you don't feel the plan is built for you, full refund. No questions. Maddy's reputation is built on plans that actually fit — not on retention metrics.
