At FitnessByMaddy, we don't just sell programs — we guarantee results. With 2400+ successful client transformations, we know our science-backed coaching works. If you put in genuine effort and don't see real, measurable progress, we'll refund every single penny. No loopholes, no fine print tricks.
The Guarantee — How It Works
It's simple: follow the program, show up for your check-ins, and if your body doesn't change — you pay nothing. Here's what qualifies you for a full 100% refund:
- You've followed the program for at least 4 weeks (28 days from enrollment)
- You've completed at least 80% of your scheduled workouts
- You've followed at least 80% of your nutrition plan
- You've completed all weekly check-ins with your coach
- You've submitted before and after photos + measurements
- Despite all the above, you see no measurable progress
That's it. If you did the work and your body didn't respond — the refund is yours. We track everything through our weekly check-in system, so there's full transparency on both sides.
What Counts as "Results"?
Results mean real, measurable change in any of these areas:
- Fat loss: Reduction in weight, body fat percentage, or waist measurement
- Muscle gain: Increase in lean mass, strength numbers, or visible muscle definition
- Body recomposition: Visible transformation even if scale weight stays similar
- Performance: Measurable improvement in endurance, strength, or workout capacity
- Visual change: Noticeable difference in before/after photos
Results are assessed through your weekly check-in data, progress photos, measurements, and your coach's professional assessment. Even small, consistent progress counts — because that's how real transformations start.
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact Your Coach
Email or WhatsApp your coach with the subject line "Refund Request":

Step 2: Provide Documentation
Include the following with your refund request:
- Your full name and email address
- The program you enrolled in and enrollment date
- Before and after photos
- Initial measurements (weight, chest, waist, hip) and final measurements
- Your training adherence summary
- Your nutrition adherence summary
Step 3: Review & Approval
We'll review your documentation and respond within 5 business days. If you've met all requirements and show no visible results, we'll approve your refund immediately.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank account).
What's NOT Refundable
- Trial Sessions: One-off trial sessions are non-refundable. They're designed to help you experience our coaching before committing to a full program.
- Completed Programs: If you've completed your entire 12-week program and want a refund, you're outside the refund window (6-week guarantee from enrollment).
- Low Adherence: If you didn't follow the program with 80%+ adherence, the refund doesn't apply. Results require commitment.
- Partial Payments Made: If you've only paid for part of the program but want a refund, we can't refund more than what you've paid.
Early Cancellation
Changed your mind? No problem:
- Within 7 days of enrollment: 100% refund, no questions asked — for any reason
- After 7 days: The Results or Refund Guarantee applies — follow the program for 4 weeks, and if no results, full refund

Installment Plans
If you're on an installment plan (2 or 3 monthly payments):
- You can cancel anytime, but you'll forfeit future payments
- Already-paid installments are non-refundable unless you cancel within 7 days of enrollment
- The result guarantee applies to your entire program duration, not individual payment periods
Disputes & Appeals
If you disagree with our refund decision, you can appeal within 14 days of our initial response. Email support@fitnessbymaddy.com with:
- Your original refund request details
- The reason you disagree with our decision
- Any additional evidence supporting your case
We'll review your appeal and respond within 7 business days.
FAQ
Can I get a refund if I have an injury?
Yes, if you become injured and can't train, we can issue a refund or pause your program until you recover. Email us and we'll work out a solution.
What if I achieve results but want a refund for other reasons?
The refund guarantee applies only if you follow the program but see no results. If you achieve results or don't follow the program, refunds don't apply.
Can I transfer my program to someone else?
No, programs are personal and non-transferable. If you can't continue, you can request a refund under our early cancellation policy.
What if I only paid half my installment?
If you've only completed 1 payment of a 2-payment plan, we'll refund 50% of what you've paid if you cancel within 7 days. Otherwise, standard cancellation refunds apply.
