Why I Started Coaching

Fitness wasn't always easy for me. I spent years trying different programs, following generic advice, and wondering why results weren't coming. I was doing everything "right" — or so I thought. The truth was, I was following generic plans that had nothing to do with my body, my lifestyle, or my goals.

That frustration pushed me to study — really study. I got certified as a Personal Trainer, then as a Dietitian, then as a Strength & Conditioning Coach. I wanted to understand the science, not just the surface level advice.

What Changed Everything

When I started applying real science to my own training and nutrition, everything changed. I learned that most people fail not because of willpower, but because they don't have the right information for their specific body and situation. Cookie-cutter plans don't work because we're not cookie-cutter people.

I started coaching friends, then their friends. Client after client, I saw the same pattern — once someone had a plan designed specifically for them, the results followed consistently. That's when I knew this had to become my full-time mission.

My Coaching Philosophy

I believe transformation should be sustainable, not miserable. I don't believe in extreme diets, 2-hour workouts, or starving yourself. I believe in progressive, science-backed approaches that fit into your actual life — your Indian diet, your schedule, your travel, your family.

Every client gets a plan built from scratch for them. I don't recycle plans. I don't send generic PDFs. I build programs around who you are, where you are, and where you want to go — then I stay with you every step of the way.

Does online coaching actually work? +
Absolutely. 95% of my 2000+ clients have been online. The key is daily accountability — I'm on WhatsApp with every client, reviewing weekly check-ins, adjusting plans, and correcting form via video. Many clients say online coaching gave them MORE accountability than their local gym trainer.
I eat Indian food — can you work with my diet? +
100%. Dal, chawal, chapati, sabzi — I've built fat loss plans around Indian diets for over 4 years. As a Certified Dietitian, I understand macronutrients deeply. We'll make your favourite foods work for your goals, not against them.
I have PCOS / a health condition — can you still help? +
Yes. I've worked with clients with PCOS, thyroid conditions, knee injuries, back pain, and more. My approach is to understand your specific situation first, then build around it. If your condition requires medical supervision, I'll work alongside your doctor's advice.
I only have 30-45 minutes to work out. Is that enough? +
Yes — science backs shorter, focused sessions over long unfocused ones. I've transformed clients training 3x/week for 45 minutes. Quality and progressive overload matter far more than hours in the gym.
What's the difference between the programs? +
The 6-Week Shred is a pre-designed, focused fat loss protocol — perfect if you want to execute a proven system without customisation. The 12-Week Program is 100% custom — built entirely around you. Live Sessions are 1-on-1 Zoom coaching for those who want real-time guidance and maximum accountability.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept UPI, all major credit/debit cards, Netbanking, PayTm, Google Pay, and international payments. The 12-Week Program also has an EMI option of ₹4,000/month × 3. DM on WhatsApp for any payment assistance.
What results can I realistically expect? +
Most clients see noticeable results by week 3-4 (energy, strength gains, better sleep). Visible body composition changes typically appear by week 6. By week 12, most clients lose 6-14kg depending on starting point and consistency. Results depend on commitment — I'll give you everything you need to succeed.
