The 21-day challenge includes workouts for three levels: No Equipment (bodyweight only), Basic Equipment (dumbbells), and Full Equipment (gym access). You choose your level on Day 1. Modify as needed. This challenge works whether you're at home, in a gym, or traveling.
Yes. When you enroll, you'll indicate your dietary preference (veg, non-veg, vegan, keto, etc.). Your daily meal plans are customized to your preference. Macros are tailored to your body composition and goals. No one gets a generic plan.
You get lifetime access to all 21 days of content, so you can repeat anytime. Many people run through the challenge 2-3x per year.
